1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

Your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, personalised items, or opened beauty/skincare products (unless faulty)

3. How to Initiate a Return

- Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide instructions
